Rick Stein’s award-winning Padstow Seafood School is inviting food lovers to an evening of chef demonstrations at their seafood masterclass on Thursday, March 19.

The evening will see guests enjoy three demonstrations from Rick Stein’s chefs including John Dory with grilled baby leeks and boiled eggs, grilled sea bass with sauce vierge and hot shellfish with garlic and lemon juice.

As well as enjoying a glass of wine and tasting the dishes, guests will learn skills such as storing and preparing live shellfish, and de-scaling and filleting fish.
