I’m sorry I have not been in touch before now and that we have as yet been unable to bring you the April print edition of Cornwall Today. The events of the last few weeks have knocked us sideways, as they have many other businesses in all corners of the community.
Our hope all along has been to find a way to carry on publishing Cornwall Today – and to do so in print, which is our overriding passion and the thing we do best. To that end I have some encouraging news.
We intend to get Cornwall Today back into print in the shape of a Spring Special – a positive, uplifting tonic for everyone labouring within the restrictions and deprivations of this public health crisis; the perfect antidote to these bleak and testing times. We are working on it now and it will be an unashamedly optimistic celebration of all that is great about Cornwall.
We intend to make it a bumper edition that will encompass all of the very best features and writing we had already assembled for the April edition of the magazine, blended with fresh new content that will help transport us forward into spring and beyond. Your Cornwall Today Spring Special – a manifesto for Cornwall’s revival – will be heading for the printers in two weeks’ time and will be with you very soon afterwards.
Thank you for your patience and for your support of the magazine in difficult times. And I hope you will find your Cornwall Today Spring Special was worth the wait.
